Join us for the first Hidden REF Community Call – a space to reflect on what research culture feels like across our sector and what “excellence” should really mean. We’ll open with a short overview inspired by the What the REF?! podcast, then invite participants to share experiences, challenges, and ideas.

We’ll explore what helps create a supportive, inclusive research culture, what gets in the way, and how different kinds of contributions can be better recognised. Whether you’re a researcher, technician, professional services colleague, leader, student, or anyone invested in the future of research, your voice matters.
